Movies are a powerful tool as far as learning a second language is concerned. Our students learn the language in a meaningful context as well as they have the possibility to learn important life values if they choose the appropriate one. Thus, as part of their evaluation process regarding their Speaking abilities our 2nd Baccalaureate students are delivering speeches on movies they found inspirational.

THIRD BRITISH COUNCIL UK UNIVERSITIES FAIR

Last Wednesday, a group of 2nd Batxillerat students went to the Third British Council UK Universities Fair.

The programme consisted of an exhibition of 70 British institutions including Universities, Colleges, Schools, Educational Suppliers and ELT. They were able to take advantage of a diverse and wide-reaching programme of activities related to UK education.

TEACHERS FOR A DAY

Last week our 1st of Batxillerat students were teachers for a day. 

In small groups they worked on different topics about past tenses. They prepared a Keynote presentation with all the information and finally, they presented it orally for the rest of the class as if they were teachers giving a lesson.

They had a great experience!
